1. Introduction

By submitting an entry (“Submission”) to the NetBox Heroes Awards (“Awards Program”), you (“Participant”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Submission Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before participating.​

2. Eligibility

The Awards Program is open to individuals and organizations utilizing NetBox in their network management and automation endeavors. Employees of NetBox Labs, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.​

3. Submission Guidelines

• Originality: Submissions must be the original work of the Participant and must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party.​
• Content: Submissions should detail the use of NetBox in network management or automation, aligning with the specified award categories.​
• Format: Submissions must be provided in the format specified on the Awards Program submission page.​

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• Ownership: Participants retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in their Submissions.​
• License Grant: By submitting an entry, Participants grant NetBox Labs a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, and display the Submission, in whole or in part, in any media now known or hereafter developed, for promotional, marketing, and other purposes related to the Awards Program and NetBox Labs’ activities.​
• Warranties: Participants represent and warrant that they have the right to grant the license described above and that the Submission does not violate any law or infringe the rights of any third party.​

5. Confidentiality

Submissions are not considered confidential. Participants should not include any confidential or proprietary information in their entries. NetBox Labs is not responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any information submitted.​

6. Publication and Promotion

NetBox Labs reserves the right to publish and promote Submissions, including the names and likenesses of Participants, in connection with the Awards Program. Participants agree to participate in reasonable promotional activities as requested by NetBox Labs.​

7. Disqualification

NetBox Labs reserves the right to disqualify any Submission that does not comply with these Terms or that, in NetBox Labs’ sole discretion, is deemed inappropriate or offensive.​

8. Limitation of Liability

By participating, Participants agree to release and hold harmless NetBox Labs and its affiliates from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of their participation in the Awards Program or the use of their Submissions.​

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NetBox Labs is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.​

10. Amendments

NetBox Labs reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the Awards Program constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.​
