In mid 2024, we announced the general availability of our CMDB and Workflow integrations between NetBox and ServiceNow. The response since then has been tremendous. ServiceNow is widely deployed in enterprises and is a critical tool for many of the cross-functional teams that network and infrastructure teams interact with. No More IntegrationHub ETL Professional Subscription Requirement
A major highlight of this release is the removal of the ServiceNow IntegrationHub ETL Professional subscription requirement. By eliminating this dependency, we’ve made the integration more cost-effective and accessible to a wider range of users.
More Accurate Object Mappings for Improved Data Sync
We’ve enhanced object mappings between NetBox and ServiceNow, ensuring more precise synchronization between the two platforms. These refinements reduce the need for manual data corrections and improve operational efficiency.
